Price drop

I just took delivery of a new TV about 2 weeks ago, and just saw that the price has dropped $50.00. Is there any way to get a credit for that? Hate to return and rebuy

Although I cannot promise what outcome will take place you're welcome to return to the store where this was purchased from to speak with customer service.  If this was purchased online, you could try calling the 888-Best Buy number to speak with an agent over the phone.  A moderator who works out of the Corporate Headquarters should be by in a couple business days to take a closer look into this if you're still needing their assistance by then!

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! Getting a new TV is quite exciting and I hope you've been enjoying yours so far. Of course it always seems inevitable that shortly after making a purchase like this, that the price ends up lowering. I appreciate you reaching out about receiving a credit, as any bit of savings can be helpful to have. 

 

We actually have a Price Match Guarantee, just for these situations. If we lower our price within the Return & Exchange Promise time frame on a product purchased from us a price match may be requested, as long as all criteria of the Price Match Guarantee are met. How this can be requested, will depend on where the item was purchased, as online orders can generally only be handled via online chat or phone. 

 

Regardless of the method of purchase, I'd love to take a look though to see if we can get this matched for you. Can you please send me a private message with your name, phone number, email address, and either the Customer Service Pin Number from the store purchase receipt or the Order Number if purchased online?
