I ordered a sony oled tv and it went on sale. Had a chat with a best buy rep online and said the price adjustment was approved and i would see the differance on my card. Never saw the price adjustment so i decided to follow up and they tell me that it was not approved. Is Best Buy traing there employees correctly? Its a inconvience when you tell a customer that the adjustment was approved and then a week later to go back and tell them it isnt. Please conctact me concerning this issue. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
