Price Match was Denied

Hi

 

On April 16 I saw this article on Notebook Check.

It was also on this site

The article mentioned the HP Spectre 360 13" was on a promotion for $1050 at Best Buy. I clicked on the link at the bottom of the page. It led me to your website. It was the exact same laptop and model number as the one I had bought 2 weeks ago for $1400

I called the best buy price match but they told me it was no longer available at that price. I thought if I went to the store and showed you the link you would understand and honor the price match. After all it went on sale during the price match time window.

The Best Buy price match guarantee states that "if we lower our in store or online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price upon request"

The exact model HP Spectre went on sale during the price match guarantee. I went to the store to request the price difference. You refused to honor the price match guarantee.

Hopefully there is something you can do to make this situation right and give me the price match that I was so excited to receive and than denied.
