Hello, I recently purchased a TV online by price matching with a competitor website. I chatted with a Best Buy customer care representative and confirmed price match guarantee before placing the order. I gave the order number to the representative then got a reference number confirming price match is complete and would get an email. But I never got any email on price adjustment. After waiting for 24 hours, I chatted again with Best Buy customer care and was informed that reference number was a request for back office to process the refund and that I should have it in next 24 hours. Now 48 hours is passed, I still do not have received refund or price adjustment.
I appreciate your help in getting this resolved and addressing the gap in the price match guarantee process to avoid this same issue for other customers.
