Price Match issues



With the COVID-19 stuff I can no longer do chat, so I called the "geek squad" number, which is frustrating to me because they are always bad customer service (unlike in store and the chat). So, it seems like this is my only option since I can't go in store.


I purchased jo-jo rabbit bluray on March 19th for 24.99 and price matched it that day for 22.99. Now it is 17.99 (link below) and the "geek squad" told me I can only price match once, I am still in the returnable window and I'm price matching BEST BUYs site so this doesnt make sense to me.


I bought this item on March 19th and it is still in the returnable window so I'm wondering if you could get me a price match? I could just bring it to the store and "return" it but I am trying to avoid doing that because of COVID. I am a best buy elite member if that matters.
