I have been working with the BB support team since Nov in trying to get a Price Match done on a item I purchased and BB lowered the price on just a few weeks later. I'm unable to get a manager on the phone because no one calls me back and I visited a local store and the manager couldn't help me. I would apprecaite it if someone can reach out to me and help me resolve this issue once and for all. Thank you.
