On 12/01 I contacted Best Buy chat about a Nest Wifi price match. At 1:04 pm Best Buy agent Stacy {removed per forum guidelines} said that "I have successfully initiated the refund and you will get the email within 120 hours"; however, the e-mail never came, nor did the refund. I have a record of the chat conversation. Can someone please assist me with this price match?

Thank you for trying to help with this issue; however, the refund has not been processed even though you said it was on 12/12. What exactly is the issue?
