Price Match guarantee promised but not honored

On 12/01 I contacted Best Buy chat about a Nest Wifi price match. At 1:04 pm Best Buy agent Stacy {removed per forum guidelines} said that "I have successfully initiated the refund and you will get the email within 120 hours"; however, the e-mail never came, nor did the refund. I have a record of the chat conversation. Can someone please assist me with this price match?

Your post violated the community guidelines. Full names, phone numbers, order numbers, etc. are not allowed in the forums so Bill had to edit your post to remove the violation.

On the front page of the forums it states that the moderators are seeing an influx of traffic due to the holidays and the expected window for a reply is 7-8 days. I know they appreciate your patience as they help the customers who are ahead of you.

@jdogg836 as per the violation, thank you for clarifying that for me. As per the regular customer service channels, I used the regular customer service channels and the Best Buy representative lied. Which is why I am here now, where issues are addressed publicly.

Thank you for trying to help with this issue; however, the refund has not been processed even though you said it was on 12/12. What exactly is the issue?
