I was told a price match refund was paid on August 3rd in the same manner I paid. The refund has not come through on my credit card, my bank has not received any refund, and it has been "one billing cycle" since the refund was allegedly sent. The customer service chat people keep telling me to ask my bank where the refund is. The bank says they never recieved one to credit to my account. I am beyond annoyed. In this time I could have already returned my oven and gotten the same one (but much less) at Lowe's.
