I recently purchased a macbook air on 06/08 for my child for school. I found a promo on apple for back to school, which bestbuy has refused to match. As it has been over 30 days return policy now and cannot return to buy it on apple and Im a elite member, Is there anything bestbuy can do to match the apple offer.

Thank you for sharing the requested information. I was able to review your purchase and price match request.
All price matches must be requested and completed within the return period for the product. For a My Best Buy Elite member like yourself -- thank you for your loyalty! -- you would have had 30 days from June 8 to make your price match request.
Additionally, price match requests to our competitors must be made at the time of purchase.
Finally, our Price Match Gurantee allows for one price match per identical item only:
One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.
Since you received a price match at the time of purchase, you would not be eligible for a second price match on the Macbook.
I hope this helps explain why we were unable to honor your request for a second price match. Please know I'm grateful you took the time to write to us with your concerns.
