I purchased a laptop computer on April 21 online at full price. The order was ready to pick up on April 26 and I picked it up on the next day.
On April 28 I noticed that laptop was on sale for $250 off, so I went on chat to request a Price Match Guarantee. It was initiated. I didn't receive the credit so I went on chat again to ask what happened. He sent a request to the back end team.
After plenty of time, I still didn't hear anything, so I went on chat again. I learned that for some reason it was turned down, even though I am positive it should have been approved. I wasn't able to get a reason and the guy on the chat said he cannot submit the request again.
Can someone help me please?
