I placed an order of a refrigerator on 12/29 while chatting through online chat. The agent indicated that the price match adjustment is larger than he can process, so filed a ticket for my order and told me the back office team will be contacting by email to this refund. It's way past the point where I was told I would be contacted, and I haven't heard anything still, and I contacted multiple chat support since providing them my ticket number, but none of them was able to help. Please help process my price match refund
