I had an online order price match guarantee approved for a purchase, and a Best Buy customer care representative said that my original form of payment (credit card) would be issued the refund. It has been four months, and I have not yet received the refund.
Calling the Best Buy support number more than a dozen times every couple of weeks either ends in a disconnect or someone saying that "It needs back-office approval, and that I'll receive the refund soon.". I do have a case number that I can provide as well as describe more about the purchase, if needed. I only made the purchase after being guaranteed the refund amount in advance. I'm now losing hope that I'll ever get the refund.
