I did a live chat to price match an order. After confirming that the item is eligible for price match, the rep had me place the order, then provide the order number so they could issue the price match refund. I was told by a second rep later on that the email should be received in about 2 hours, but I haven't seen anything yet.
How can I confirm that my price match will be honored?
