The price match has to take place within the return and exchange period. However if you ordered online, that return period does start on delivery of your item.
Sales that are special only such as Memorial Day Sales, day after Christmas and so forth are not eligible for a price match. You may wish to inquire with Best Buy by calling them or waiting for their reply here.
