I ordered a Sony TV on 10/16/18. The TV went on sale for $500 off. I called within the return period and the lady said I qualified for a price adjustment. She told me it would take about 1-2 bussiness days. After waiting 2 days I called back, because nothing had happened. The rep assured me the price adjustment was on my account, even gave me a referense number, and told me it takes 1-2 billing cycles for it to show on my credit card, depending on who my credit card was with (which is Best Buy). I waited, and received my first bill with no change. I went on your online chat help. At first he couldnt find anything...then he finally said it was pending and he assured me I would see it on my next bill. I now have received my next bill and have not received my price adjustment. I have had to work really hard for something that should have been really easy.

Welcome to our community. I think the one thing that bothers me the most in this world is receiving a promise on which no action is taken and therefore remains unfulfilled.
