Price Adjustment Complaint

I am a Best Buy Elite Plus member, and bought a television back on Nov 16th, order number {removed per forum guidelines} This was something they ordered from me at the store and delivered on Nov 22nd.. After I got it, the price dropped both on other websites (competitors) as well as Best Buy's own website by $100. I was told by the agent at the store that I had till the end of January to get it adjusted. I chatted with a customer agent in December who told me that he would adjust the price by $100 (that's how much it dropped on Bestbuy.com and this was something that happens automatically if the price drops on the site). I called in on 1/23 to check on the status and I was told by the phone agent they did not see any price adjustments from my account, I asked her to check for a chat log and she could not find it. I asked to connect to a supervisor and was put on hold indefinitely (I hung up after waiting for 45 minutes). I then called in again and got a very rude customer agent who did not want to connect me to her supervisor and merely told me someone would call me (and they never did). If I am not given my price adjustment refund of $100, I will never ever shop at Bestbuy.com and also file a complaint the Better Business Beareau along with leaving scathing reviews. You can see I have bought alot of other stuff on this account and being an Elite Plus member I am disapointed by this sub standard customer service. 

 

Again, if this is not resolved I will never shop at Bestbuy again and also return every single purchase I did in the last 60 days.
