Poor service

I accidentally purchased two copies of the same word processing program.  Best Buy says since it is a digital download, they can't help me.  I have cut up my credit card and mailed it to corporate.  For $63.74, this will cost Best Buy a lot more than the refund in terms of lost business and customer satisfaction.
