Poor service makes for an unhappy customer

I recently purchased a television on Best Buy’s website only to have it delivered to the wrong address. I have been calling Best Buy all afternoon asking for assistance. I made a claim regarding this issue and was told that someone would contact me in a few hours. I call back hours later, only to be told that I was given the wrong information and that I would receive an email or call in 24-48 hours. I have paid for a television that I don’t have and I have no answers regarding when I will hear from someone or when I will have my television . The handling of my issue was done so unprofessionally that I am will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. I am disgusted by the way I was dismissed. I will shop where customers are valued and given the service they deserve.
