As it sounds like you’re aware, our Return & Exchange Promise allows our customers to return most products within 15 days of their original purchase, with 30 and 45 days offered to our My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus customers. This information is listed at the bottom of each receipt provided to our customers, listed at each of our stores, and available anytime here. We’ll be unable to offer any price matches for purchases that are no longer within their return/exchange period, and I apologize for any disappointment this news may bring.
