Poor In-Store Experience

My local best buy had some advertisements for a Pokemon TCG event for their store and I had been interested in going for the last week or so. Today I got to Best Buy and waited several hours only to be told the event was not available in my state. This frustrated both myself and the very nice Blueshirt that helped me, who stated that he was also looking forward to the event. Why would the store have advertisements if they were not participating in the event? Overall, I am very unhappy and feel misled by a company that I had previously had no complaints about.


I was wondering if there was an email address for whoever oversees these events that I could contact to further discuss this issue.
