Please assist. Just need to get my funds added back to my gift card.

I have been back and forth with customer service and can’t get a resolve. Long story short, I had a $300 gift card. I made a purchase at a Best Buy store for $134.18 and two online purchases for $25.96 and $32.46. So that leaves me $107.40 on the gift card. There was an issue when I went to go pick up the item for $32.46 so I cancelled that order. I never got the funds added back to my gift card and let me tell you, I have had an absolute terrible time going back and forth with the chat and customer service number. I have spent several hours on the phone only to get disconnected and not called back, passed around to different “specialists”, and I also now have an empty gift card because one of the customer service reps mistakenly pulled off the $107.40 I had on my current gift card and now I’m waiting for another gift card to come in the mail. It’s a HUGE mess, but all I want back is the $107.40 plus the $32.46 I was originally supposed to be refunded from that cancelled order I had made. Someone please assist on who I can talk to at Best Buy to make this simple fix. I’m tired of dealing with the regular customer service as it has done me no good. Thank you.

Update: I received and used the $32.46 that was added to my gift card. So thank you for that. I have also received the gift card in the mail that should’ve had the $107.40 from when one of the past customer service reps mistakenly pulled it from my current gift card. However, I have checked the balance and the card is empty. Please assist. I’d really like to get this taken care of once and for all. Thank you.
