I bought a pixel 3a during the promotion 2 weeks ago and have till not recieved the e-giftcard. I called the customer service number multiple times throughout the past 2 weeks, and they didnt know what was going on but assured it was coming "soon".
I called again today and told me they sent out emails on the 24th but i didnt recieve anything. Nothing in spam nor on my Best Buy account. After more transfers I got HUNG up on while being on hold. I called back, and after hour on the phone going through the whole ordeal again, the lady at the end had no idea what to tell me or do. The best she could do was to leave my case open and wait for a supervisor whenever that is. I told her that Im just going to return it since I havent opened it yet.
This is by far the worst customer service i have had...
