Phone service complaint

It shouldn’t take five phone calls on an order to use your authorized tax exempt card to get the tax refunded. You’d think using your tax exempt card would be easy. And yes it is as a business customer. Just don’t ever leave it at the office. Because one no one can look it up for you. And then hope you never need to call customer service, that’s in another country to ask for a refund on US tax in which they don’t understand. After me calling in five different occasions and them telling me each time that I would get an email and credi within 24 hours I was finally able to be transferred to the US tax dept to be taken care of. You would think an elite customer and a business customer would be treated better. Come on Best Buy. Your a US company an American multinational consumer electronics corporation headquartered in Richfield, Minnesota, a Minneapolis suburb. ... Best Buy is the largest specialty retailer in the U.S. consumer electronics retail industry. You should maybe just maybe employ more US people in your call centers to deal with these issues.
