Hi! So I tried calling Best Buy, the one in California in the market place in Tustin, and I had a few complaints about calling. Well, I tried calling and I wanted to speak to an employee, but it kept giving me automated messages, etc. And then when I was finally able to speak with someone, I waited for about 12 minutes and no one answered. I understand you may be busy, but really? Anyway just a complaint on that. Thank you

We try to make ourselves available and easily accessible to our customers at both the store and Corporate levels, so I'm a bit unhappy to hear you had to jump through a handful of hoops before being able to speak with us. As you mentioned in your own words, our stores can get a bit busy at times with other customers over the phone and in-store, so waiting on hold is unfortunately not unavoidable at times. That said, we're constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience, and that's only possible with the valuable feedback of our customers like you.
