This is ridiculous, tomorrow marks a week waiting on a refund that was supposed to take 2 hrs at the most.. something needs to be done about this process because whatever is going on isn’t working... I feel as if bestbuy has stolen my money and I’ll never see it back

Still no money... what is sad is Best Buy just needs to answer an email to PayPal to get me my money and they cannot even seem to do that... sad .... Best Buy is off my recommendation list of places where the customer matters Smiley Sad

As JJ mentioned on Saturday, we are still working to determine what happened with your refund and why you aren’t seeing it on your end. While PayPal may say that they just need a reply to an email, things may not be quite so simple and we want to make sure that everything gets processed correctly. It is that simple though. I disputed the transaction because I did not recieve my refund and it clearly states “Waiting in Response from Seller”

Funny,

 

On phone with PAypal and no refund has been processed....the transaction id given to me from best buy was just a refund for a cancelled item, not my refund....on 3 way call, lets see how this goes

still no refund...will it ever come...is there a way that I can have someone switch the refund to cash and just give me cash...this is ridiculous
