I have charged 190.00 and 900.00 on my card, I have paid over 500.00 but my promotional balance only says I have paid 20.18 of that 500.00 and I am being charged interest that I seen on my statement even though the promotional balance still has 218 days left, with no interest?? How do I pay it off when I signed up for no interest during the promotional period?
