I tried using Best Buy’s online chat support to get my Gift Card information since it has a balance (a return I made went back to the Gift Card I used but the GC was destroyed after initial purchase).

Paul C. joined chat and was slow and not helpful. Furthermore, Paul told me to call a wrong phone number 18882375778. This was blatant and I don’t understand how Best Buy customer service can allow bad customer service.
