I paid extra money for delivery of 3 items on 2/24 to my daughter. It was important that she receive purchases on this date. Just received notice that 2 of the 3 items (can’t use main item without 2 other items) will not be delivered on time. I want a refund on the high shipping costs I paid for 11/24 delivery.

Thanks for connecting with us. Shipping delays are never ideal, and I can understand the importance of timing as I just went through this same issue just last week myself. 

Typically delays on shipping would result in the system automatically making a financial correction on the order.
