Please, someone contact me about a defective car radio harnass that we are trying to get re-ordered. I've left multiple emails for Kevin, the store manager of the store in 11400 South Draper, Utah, but have not received any calls back.

I'm not officially able to assist you with this, but I did used to work in that area and would like to see if I can't lend a helping hand. The Murray location has an installer, but he's currently out on vacation, and I apologize you're unable to get in touch with a store manager from the Sandy location. What's your vehicle year, make, and model? What's going on with the harness? which harness are you speaking about and why is it needing to be reordered?
I'm hoping to see if there is a alternate harness by asking these questions, but also to confirm the correct one is in use for your vehicle.

Thank you for taking the time to join our Community here on the Best Buy Forums. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. Getting a new radio installed is typically a very fun and exciting time, so I regret to hear about the difficulties along the way this time around.
As @autotech796 had stated, we can certainly take a closer look if we can verify the year, make, and model of your car. Lastly, I can also assist you in getting in contact with the Draper location.
Since posting with us, have you been in contact with Kevin or any of the other leaders at that store regarding this harness? If not, please let me know!

Sorry for my slow reply. We got it resolved! Your awesome corporate office said they would cover everything!!
We are so pleased and happy at the end result.
Thanks for your replies and your willingness to help us get resolved.
We honestly were prepared to take our business elsewhere; however now we are looking at purchasing a laptop at Best Buy for our youngest son.
