I tried to buy a laptop and have it delivered to me on March 21st, 2022. It just so happened to be raining that day, so the delivery driver cancelled my order and initiated a return of the laptop. Over a month later, 2 BestBuy Support phone calls, and a BestBuy support chat and I still have yet to receive my refund OR any information regarding why the refund is stuck "processing". Support employees continually tell me I will receive an email with updates on what is happening with the processing refund to get me off the phone but I never receive an email. This is $2500 charged to a credit card for a product I never received, and because of a delay on BestBuy's part I am getting interest charges and negative marks on my credit. I don't even get the decency to get updates or help for a problem on BestBuy's part. BestBuy had no delay processing my payment to them, but takes over 6 weeks to give me my money back when they failed to provide the product or service I paid for.
