Looks like my account is flagged for some reason and I have no reason 

I had not received a package and asked for a refund and was told to contact law enforcement and I had it taken that chain.

After that incident, all my orders started canceling automatically. 

The worst part about all this is my family with same last name on the other side of the country is also having their orders cancelled and they are being told the same reason after my incident
