Order says awaiting authorization

I ordered my items on the 13th of this month & the order status still says “In Progress” and the payment status is still saying “Awaiting authorization”... it’s suppose to deliver tomorrow so I’m not sure if my order will be cancelled or delayed. If anyone can look into this it’s greatly appreciated!

If you mean August 13th, then that was only yesterday, so it wouldn't be unheard of for a purchase to still be pending after about 24 hours. If you mean July 13th, though, that's another story. What were the items you purchased? You may want to contact your bank if you haven't already to verify the purchase went through and that Best Buy received your payment.

It’s a phone. And I did all of that already. The bank verified the purchase. Called back BB & told him my bank verified the purchase but all the guy said was I had to wait because they do things electronically and something about a “code” who knows...

Ah, gotcha. Mobile phone orders tend to go through a few extra stages before they're fully processed since a handful of systems between Best Buy, your bank, and your carrier all have to communicate with each other. If it's not a pre-ordered phone, I'm guessing this should self-resolve rather quickly. Fingers crossed!
