Order {removed per forum guidelines} still showing Shipped as of 1 March, no updates.

I made an order of 2 Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in Burgundy and Phantom Black. on February 17.  The Phantom Black was shipped as of 1 March with a tracking number {removed per forum guidelines} and Burgundy was shipped on 2 March and delivered 14 March. I've contact Best Buy Customer Service via phone and chat and receive multiple different information for the shipping information for the phantom black, see below:

 

- 1st representative promised the item will be delilvered same day when i called initially on 14 March 

- 2nd representative said the shipment was already delivered.

- 3rd representative said the item is currently on the way

- 4th representative said item is still with the manafactuerer 

- 5th representative said item will be shipped in 24 hours.

 

Customers need to know where there items are and these representative are nowhere close to servicing their customers.

Just an update after speaking to one of Best Buy's finest customer service representatives.

So Jakoma BBY has infomed me that they cancelled the shipment and now is asking me to redo a new payment for the phone with a new estimated delivery of end of April now due to my "unique situation".

Basically, added more inconvenience to their customer by cancelling their order, having the customers to redo the whole payment process again and have them wait longer from the initally March 29 "delivered by date".

Quick update btw since I'm unable to reply on the other forum posts. You sent me multiple links to re-order the S22 and since March 28, the phone is still not here. Come to find out, it's being shipped to a different address. Would be nice if someone takes care of this right away since I've been waiting on this phone since February 17.

Update: May 12 2022, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra never came in. Ordered it back on February 17, first order was never shipped and the replacement was shipped on March 28 by one of the BBY rep here, but sent it to the wrong address and has official returned to BestBuy on May 10. I've use the Help Chat and also called Bestbuy customer care and did not find no solution, placing me on hold for an 1 hour and then hanging up on me. I've message Jackoma-BBY twice on May 10 and May 11, haven't receive no response to this waiting game.

Still waiting on the refund or even an email confirmation of the refund process that was promised since May 11.
