I recently made a purchase online to be picked up in-store.
I couldn't pick it up that day, but when I looked at my email later that night, I found that it was picked up half an hour later. Obviously, this wasn't me so I was extremely confused.
I've tried calling, chatting online, and going in-store but nothing has worked.
The manager at the store was extremely aloof and unhelpful, while the rep seemed to be trying their best to amend the situation but I spent an hour there with no success.
I've picked up an order here before and they did not check my ID, so I wouldn't be too surprised if this is why my order was picked up by someone else. But, really, I'm tired of everyone giving me the run-around for this incident due to an error on BB's end.
Can I please get some assistance?
