Hi,
I made order last year, but only shipping labels were created and they never shipped. Called couple of times and had case opened. Originally, I was told on 12.7.21 that I would get the refund in one month, but nothing showed up. Called again on 1.29.22, told me the refund still in process… it is 3.3.22, could you help me to check when I will receive the refund? Thanks a lot!
