Order getting cancelled

The store has placed an order online and I have received a cancellation email immediately. When inquired, I was told that my account has been flagged for some return abuse or something like that. I have never returned or requested a refund for any of the items I have bought. I haven't gotten any proper response even after being on the call for more than 2 hours. Please look into this and solve this immediately as my phone is traded in and waiting to reorder the new phone one the flag is removed. I have no proper phone till then.
