Order delivery problem

Hi I recently ordered the apple airpods and just today when I got the email that my order had been delivered I checked outside everywhere and I could not locate my package. I'm not sure if there was a problem though the carrier or if It may have been stolen but I need help! Not too sure what to do but they were very expensive

I appreciate you taking the time to join and write us about your order. I can only imagine how you feel missing your order when it says it was delivered. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Let’s see what I can do.

 

First, you should contact the carrier regarding your package. Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with them. Please do so, and let me know what they say. Also, by clicking on the blue button next to my signature, send me a private message with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account.
