Was supposed to pick up my new system a week ago; got an email saying it was delayed with no further information. The purchase price is being held on my card, even though it clearly has not shipped. (Ship to store, hone shipping was not an option when i made the purchase) Seems like BB oversold again, and theres no help other than allowing me to cancel my order. Feeling ripped off
