One month passed, I haven’t got my refund

Fridge bought on June 22, 2019, delivered on July 8, 2019. Returned the same day because delivery men cannot carry the fridge  through staircase. Ordered a smaller one, this time it’s ok.


but untill now I haven’t received my refund. Call a few times, the answer is always that the refund will be made in a few days.
