If there is a remaining balance then you should be able to get a replacement by calling us over the phone. You're welcome to sit tight for a moderator to swing by, but for immediate assistance, I'd just pick up the phone to make the call, if possible.
We can replace the remaining balance on a lost, stolen, or damaged gift card, as long as you have the original purchase receipt. Please call 1-888-716-7994.

Often times I'm surprised at how old of receipts I'm able to find for customer's who come to me in the store. Stop by any location to see if they can locate it for you, and I'm hoping for the best!

Thank you for stopping by our community forum and writing to us about this gift card. I myself have found gift cards from long ago that I didn't even remember I had. As autotech796 mentioned, we do require the original purchase receipt in order to process a gift card replacement. With that said, there may be a chance that we can track down this receipt. Did you originally purchase this gift card or receive it from a return or exchange? Please let us know and we'll see what we can do to track this down!
