I am having problems to cancel my Office auto-renewal subscription.
I am from Brazil and last year bought a notebook with Office 365 in NYC Best Buy. Today, I received an email about automatic office renew on my credit card. The emails say "If you would like to turn off your auto-renewal or update your billing preferences, simply visit your profile page", however when I access my account, there is no option to cancel the renew.
Also, I cannot call BestBuy because Im outside USA and would be very expensive. Im trying to contact the support team via live chat without success. I also tried to access my microsoft account, but the only option I have is to insert a new credit card to the renewal.
What can I do to cancel my subscription online? All I have is the member number that I received on my email, and the access of my microsft account.
