I have spent 5 hours now (currently my phone has been on hold with BestBuy Billing for 52 minutes!) All because I renewed my office 365 online through BestBuy and it is not updated through Microsoft. The product key your online chat support provided me this morning is INVALID. I've had nothing but issues dealing with this and wasted 5 hours of my time today. I am completely dissatisfied and it looks like I'm not the only one that has had this problem. I hope people posting in this community have gotten the help they need. I either want a correct product key that I PAID for or a REFUND. This is making me want to tell everyone how horrible this is for something that should be so SIMPLE

The purchase of Office 365 should not be so cumbersome to get working as it should. This should hold true even during the renewal period. That said, what exactly seems to be going on with your Office renewal? I'd love to see how I can help get this all rectified!
