Oculus Quest 2

I ordered this item Dec21,2020 and website said pickup on Dec 26. We waited all day and went to store at 400 to try and pickup the item. We were told sat store that it actually is a lottery and “maybe” our order will be picked to be delivered. They had products but were not releasing them. I purchased this and was told it would be fulfilled at a certain time. At 600 I got a text saying it would delayed and no time given for pickup. I feel this is deceptive and that Best Buy needs to come clean with this delivery and not make a game out of it

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  Regardless of the item, it’s always frustrating when an order is delayed, or unavailable for pickup by the original estimated arrival date, and I’m sorry to hear this seems to be the case with your most recent order. 

 

While I can’t speak to any conversations you’ve had at your local Best Buy store, please know our orders are fulfilled in the order in which they’re received, and although we’ll be unable to move your order further up in the queue, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for any updates to your order, and I’m optimistic you’ll be able to pick up your Oculus Quest 2 soon.
