While I can’t speak to any conversations you’ve had at your local Best Buy store, please know our orders are fulfilled in the order in which they’re received, and although we’ll be unable to move your order further up in the queue, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for any updates to your order, and I’m optimistic you’ll be able to pick up your Oculus Quest 2 soon.
