Is there someone around here that can help me get a price match guarantee that I should qualify for, but am being told by customer service to go into the store? Any mods of reps that have the pull to resolve an issue. I have already spent $1327.00 this year for my home theater and don't want to have to take my business elsewhere. Unfortuately unless this is resolved to my satisfaction I'll have no choice,

Generally, there are few circumstances in which we'd refer a customer to store for a price match. This typically happens when requesting to price match a Warehouse club, where some type of log in needs to occur to validate price.
