I have tried chatting with support and they sent me to customer service phone support. I stayed on the phone over 50 minutes to be transferred a few times and then eventually hung up on. One lady said that she would add another email address and then transferred me so I never got that far..
I cannot get into my account- I have been trying for over 24 hours. It says it will send the verification code which I never receive. I have 0 junk mails. I have tried Chrome and Edge and even logging in from my phone. It still says it will send a verification code that I never receive.
I have received other emails from best buy today but not what I need to actually be able to use my account. This is frustrating and any help would be appreciated.
Again, I have checked my junk mail ZERO items there. I have tried different browsers, support, and computers.
