I have contacted the customer service number several times and online chatting many times. All the responses I got asksed me to wait for one billing cycle. Now my credit card has passed its second billing cycle for 5 days, I still see no refund on my credit card. I am just a college student, and $236.09 isn't a small amount of money for me. I was trying to get another monitor after I receive my refund, but I just do not know how long do I need to wait after 40 days of my return. Could someone help me with it? Thank you very very much!

I remember what it was like to be on a college budget. So, I understand how you must be feeling about not having access to these funds. We would love to investigate where your refund is. Would it be possible for you provide your full name, phone, and email using the ‘Private Message’ button to the far right of my signature, please?

I replied to the representative through a private message and explained my situation. They helped me contact the store which I did my return and everything was solved. The representatives are trying to help me all the time. Thanks to all of their time and communications.
