Hello, I have a problem with any incoming emails from Best Buy. This is an issue when I'm pre-ordering a videogame and pre-order bonuses are sent via email. The correct email is listed on my account, and I've checked all of my folders from inbox,spam, and unwanted. I'm simply just not receiving them. Is there something on your end that is affecting this, or is my only option to designate a new email address specifically for Best Buy?

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We can bet how discouraging this is when you can’t obtain the pre-order bonus codes through the email address you’ve supplied associated to your account. We’d be happy to look into this for you.
