I paid more than the $50 refund that Best Buy sent. Per Best Buy customer service chat (reference no. 291578306), Best Buy is unable to refund us the difference because the receipt was not included in the air fryer that my family member sent (it was a gift so she did not have the receipt). So I gave the order number and contact details so they can verify and process our additional refund. And it is still a no - we will only get $50. What a deception!

They are the best team to assist you with possibly getting the full refund.
