If you were looking to pay in cash or with a check, we should be able to look your account up in one of our stores. Just swing by with a photo ID, and we should be able to process it for you.
Since visiting a store won’t work, calling would be the next best bet. Have you reached out to Citibank directly at (888) 574-1301? They should be able to help you out, as they are the bank that services the My Best Buy Credit Cards.
