Not able to access Best Buy credit card account and need to make payment

Hi,

I am trying to pay my pending amount linked to my Best Buy credit card account but not able to do so.
I called Best Buy team they are not able to find my account.
I called twice credit card team, number mentioned in back of the card. First I called in March 2019 they said please call us back on April 2019 as your account is under review and you can’t pay online. Again I called them on 10th April 2019 they again said your account is under review please call us back on 6th May 2019 to know the status.
Only option they are saying is to send the Money order or Cheque to us.
Currently I am in India so it’s difficult for me to send the Money order or Cheque and if I do so how can I check balance posted in my Best Buy credit card account as I don’t have access to Best Buy credit card account.
Please advise and help.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that you’ve had issues paying that credit card bill.


If you were looking to pay in cash or with a check, we should be able to look your account up in one of our stores. Just swing by with a photo ID, and we should be able to process it for you.


Since visiting a store won’t work, calling would be the next best bet. Have you reached out to Citibank directly at (888) 574-1301? They should be able to help you out, as they are the bank that services the My Best Buy Credit Cards.


If that’s the number you called and didn’t receive assistance, please let me know. I’ll see if I can help figure out what’s going on.
